Resolution No. 3434, Revised - Evaluation and Implementation of the Commission?s Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Policy.*

This item would amend Resolution No. 3434, Revised to change the ferry station area housing threshold to average 2,500 units per station, and approve a new Station Area Plan Manual to provide guidance for station area plan development.

Parking at the MetroCenter: Metered parking is available on the street. No public parking is provided at the MetroCenter. Spaces reserved for Commissioners are for the use of their stickered vehicles only; all other vehicles will be towed away.
